Yes, there are also some people who got 16" rhims

and one ka in germany that drives legal with 17"
but therefore you has to make a lot of things to get them fitted

next year I also wanna change to 9x16"

What is Arcansting? Google doesn't match...

And what information exactly do you need?

www.arcasting.it i'd like Oblivion..

I have no work to do in my KA to get 15"?

The Oblivion are available only in 6,5 x 15.

This size should fit on your KA without problems, if you use 195/45 R15 tires and the rims have a hole circle of 4/108 (4 holes, diagonal distance 108 mm).

But you have also to look for the Insertion depth. This is the Distance of your Rims to the Wheel housing. For exambel:

Your Insertion depth is 40...your wheel is more in the Wheel housing. --> it looks "smaller".

Your Insertion depth is 20...your wheel is less in the Wheel housing. --> it looks "more broudly"

The Number is in mm (milimeters).

For some rims you need to have at least a special Insertion depth. If you don`t it sharpens.

I think with 6,5"X15" you`ll have at least an Inseration depth of 35.

And by the way...if your club is online...just post the web adress please :D

What I`ve just tried to explane was the ET! I didn`t know, that on the page you posted here, they use the same abbreviation like we do.

So for your rims there is an ET of 15, 25 and 42.

15 and 25 is OK... 42 could make Problems...and by the way...25 oder 15 looks better!

SpakKA

ok but i can put rhims whit ET 42 and i can extend the wheel housing so i have no prob or not?

Didi

ET 42 would probably not fit because it would scrab on your dampers

SpakKA

and with spurverbreiterung (i've found this word on ebay ehheeh)?

Didi
29.06.2005, 14:42
eys that would fit
you need a "spurverbreiterung" of about 5-10mm per side

but its easier to buy direct the rims with ET 25

And...I think there would be another problem....just look at the Center bore... ET 42 has a Center bore of 63,40 and ET 25 and 15 has a Center bore of 65,10!

Ok...with a special Ring...you can fix the Prob...bud...why spend more money in it than you need!? :-)

I know this guy.. Isn't it "Benjamin Blümchen" !?

MfG Chris

PS: Back to topic: Center hole have to be 63,3...or i'm wrong ? Get spacer-ring and no prob.

I don`t really know if you`re right or wrong. My rims are 4x100 and 4x108...so I have rings for the right center bore...

I only know something with 6*,** :D

But I`m sure that anybody is able to answer this question!

Two Be

Hey Pertl, you`re right...I`ve just found the answer in an other thread! 63,3....but 65,1 should also fit....with center rings....or like you thought in this thread...without rings would also be possible! :-)
